Although our previous orders with this supplier were satisfactory, we faced some challenges with this specific order. The problems began during our pre-shipment quality control (QC) inspection, where the supplier was uncooperative in providing extra pictures, claiming the goods were already packed. The main issue was with one reference of film rolls that had an incorrect rewind, while the other was fine. When we addressed this problem, the supplier demonstrated a surprising lack of cooperation and professionalism, neither acknowledging the issue nor proposing a solution. Left with no other option, we escalated the matter to Alibaba. In an attempt to mislead, the supplier selectively presented only the satisfactory rolls pictures to Alibaba. Thankfully, Alibaba's intervention was efficient and decisive, resulting in us securing a refund.
